Last week, our church hosted the annual Vacation Bible School (VBS), and it was an unforgettable time for the children and families in our community! With over 80 kids participating, the week was filled with fun activities, engaging lessons, and opportunities to grow in faith.
This year’s theme was “God’s Big Adventure”, inspired by Joshua 1:9:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Each day included:
- Interactive Bible Lessons: Teaching kids about courage, love, and trust in God.
- Crafts and Games: Hands-on activities that reinforced the lessons while keeping everyone entertained.
- Worship Time: Joyful singing and dancing to songs like “This Little Light of Mine” and “I’ve Got the Joy.”
One parent shared:
“My kids came home every day excited to share what they learned about God. VBS has been a blessing to our family!”
We are grateful to the volunteers, parents, and sponsors who made this event possible. Your dedication helped plant seeds of faith in young hearts and created lasting memories for everyone involved.
