Meet Our Pastors

Youth Pastor

David Mitchell

Pastor David is passionate about equipping the next generation to live boldly for Christ. As the Youth Pastor, he organizes engaging programs, retreats, and small groups that help teens build a strong foundation of faith. Known for his energy and sense of humor, Pastor David connects easily with young people and encourages them to seek God’s purpose for their lives.

Family Pastor

Rachel Hayes

Pastor Rachel oversees the Family Ministry, guiding programs that strengthen marriages, support parents, and nurture children’s spiritual growth. Her compassionate leadership and practical wisdom have made her a beloved mentor to many families at Cornerstone. When she’s not serving the church, she enjoys baking and leading Bible study groups for women.

Worship Pastor

Michael Reed

Pastor Michael leads Cornerstone’s Worship Ministry with a heart for creating powerful and authentic worship experiences. A talented musician and songwriter, he believes worship is a key connection point between God and His people. Outside of church, Pastor Michael enjoys hiking and composing music that glorifies the Lord.

Lead Pastor

James Carter

Pastor James has been serving as the Lead Pastor of Cornerstone for over a decade. With a deep passion for preaching God’s Word and shepherding the congregation, he strives to inspire others to grow in their faith and live out the Gospel in everyday life. When he’s not leading services, you’ll find him mentoring young leaders or spending time with his wife and three children.
